All sites created by HelloBox have Newsletter feature built-in. Newsletters are sent via email to both your Subscribers and Members on a frequency of their choosing - weekly, fortnightly and monthly. The settings for newsletter is available via the admin panel as shown below.

Firstly, you can actually disable the entire newsletter feature. We do highly recommend it since it keeps your users engaged and encourage them to come back to your site. If you enable it, you can either use the default feature provided by HelloBox or an external service that you may want to use. If you select your own, then the newsletter link will simply redirect your users to your external newsletter sign-up page (e.g. Mailchimp). If you select HelloBox then you can configure the newsletter as shown in the above image.

Call-To-Action is a pop-up that appears on your site when a user visits it. It will automatically appear suggesting to the user if they would like to sign-up for the newsletter. If the user closes this pop-up, the CTA will not be displayed again for 2 weeks.
