Google Search Console

Verify your site with Google Search Console so Google can index it and report search performance.

Why connect Search Console?

Google Search Console helps you understand whether Google can find and index your site. It also shows search queries, indexing issues, and sitemap status.

Choose a verification method

Google offers two common setup paths. Choose the one that matches how your HelloBox site is hosted.

  • Domain property: best when you control DNS for the whole domain.
  • URL prefix: best for a specific HelloBox URL or subdomain.

Verify with a URL prefix

  1. Enter the full site URL, including https:// or http://.
  2. Choose the HTML tag verification option.
  3. Copy the provided meta tag.
  4. Open the analytics settings page in HelloBox.
  5. Paste the tag into the Search Console verification field and save.
  6. Return to Search Console and click Verify.

Add your sitemap

After verification, submit your sitemap in Search Console. This helps Google discover your public content more reliably.
