Connect Google Analytics and Search Console metadata to understand how your community is performing.

Use built-in and external analytics

HelloBox includes basic reporting for your community. For deeper traffic analysis, connect Google Analytics from the analytics settings page.

Add Google Analytics

Create or open the property for your site in Google Analytics.
Copy the measurement ID or tracking ID provided by Google.
Open Analytics in your HelloBox admin panel.
Paste the ID into the Google Analytics field and save.

Confirm data is flowing

Analytics data can take time to appear. After saving the ID, visit your site in a browser, then check Google Analytics later to confirm that traffic is being recorded.
